Cold Fall Rain or Arctic Sunshine? [POLL]

.Yesterday was a pretty miserable day to be outside. The temperature was right around 40 degrees and it was raining or misting all day. I had to be out in it for 3 hours to officiate a high school football game and I was not comfortable. It was not raining hard fortunately, but it still wasn't pleasant.

That said, I would have preferred the temperature be -2 and dry than raining and 40. You get soaked to the bone and cannot stay warm. When it's -2 you can just keep adding layers to stay warm.
