Clark Judge of CBS Sports joined Jeff Thurn on Thursday's edition of Overtime.

Thurn asks Judge about Brandon Marshall calling out Jay Cutler after Sunday's game. Is this a locker room issue or a Cutler issue?

"Listen, there's nothing new with Jay Cutler act. Over the years, I saw him in Denver, Chicago. He's the same guy. A very talented guy who doesn't yield the kind of dividends you would of think. I always felt he was a modern-day Jeff George and that's not so bad because Jeff George is a very talented guy, but you don't win a lot of games with people like that. Jay Cutler did take this team to the conference championship against Green Bay in 2010. It's nothing new and when you are losing people and looking for reasons and this team hasn't won a game at home. I mean they got embarrassed by Miami last week at home. They lost to Buffalo at home the first game of the season. People are looking for scapegoats and Cutler is a very easy target. When he's off, he's bad. He makes too many mistakes. When he's on, they love him. But that's the way he's been. He's been up and down, up and down. He hasn't had a consistency that you like there, especially with that kind of ability, but what Brandon Marshall expressed is what Bears fans express, too. They are frustrated, he's frustrated. Something's got to change. It's not going to be the quarterback, so I know what's it going to be."
