City Uses Posters of Kids Eating Feces to Get People To Clean Up After Dogs

They are up to their eyeballs in dog poo in Bristol, England. That's why the city has gone to extreme measures to combat people who don't clean up after their dogs.

Bristol has put up posters of toddlers showing them eating what is supposed to be dog feces with the caption "Children will put anything in their mouths." The posters also tells people to call and report the lazy dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs.
