City of Sioux Falls Installs Underground Fire Hydrant [SARCASM]

Justin sent this to us through Facebook and it made me laugh. It also made me really glad I don't live on this block.

The tall reddish-colored stakes on the hydrants are supposed to help firefighters find hydrants when the snow has piled up. I guess it's good they have it installed on this one!
