SIOUX FALLS, SD -- The skies cooperated early on Sunday, and the Sioux Falls Canaries and Kansas City T-Bones were able to complete Saturday night's suspended game.  The end result was a 3-2 T-Bones victory over the Canaries.

Play resumed with the score tied at 1 in the top of the 4th inning.  Ty Forney replaced Shelby Ford at second base for the Canaries after Ford aggravated his groin hustling out a grounder Saturday night.

Matt Wickswat was the new pitcher for the Canaries, who came in to relieve Ben Moore. Moore was impressive on Saturday, allowing one run in three innings while striking out five. Wickswat fulfilled his job of eating innings and keeping runs off the board and he was able to finish the game, throwing six innings and allowing just two runs.

Vladamir Frias scored on Darrell Hudson's RBI bunt single in the 4th inning to put Kansas City up 2-1.

The Canaries were able to tie the game in the 5th when Chris Duffy and Steve Tinoco hit back-to-back doubles.

The game would be decided in the 8th inning when Bryan Sabatella singled, stole second and eventually scored on a grounder up the middle by Danny Richar.

The game originally scheduled for 4:05 PM Sunday was washed away by rain.

The Canaries will return to action Monday night at 7:05 PM as they open a four-game series against their division rivals, the Winnipeg Goldeyes.
