In the small Canadian town of Kensington, police are cracking down on drunk drivers  this holiday season with a little help from a Canadian rock band. Kensington, which is located on Prince Edward Island, shared a photo of Nickelback's "Silver Side Up" alongside a stern warning to "those dumb enough to feel they can drink and drive" during the holiday season. the statement says:

"When we catch you, and we will catch you, on top of a hefty fine, a criminal charge and a years driving suspension we will also provide you with a bonus gift of playing the office's copy of Nickelback in the cruiser on the way to jail,"

So will they actually play Nickelback in the police cruiser? They might! The department doen't actually have a copy of the album Constable Robb Hartlen, who authored the post, said "I would have no problems at all getting hold of a copy of Nickelback and making that the musical play-along on the way in to chat with someone who's been caught for drinking and driving."

The post has been shared hundreds of times so far.
