Cali Overreacts to Cold [VIDEO]

It is COLD in California and they are freaking out. Recently the overnight low in Los Angeles was a frigid 34 degrees. That was a recording breaking low for Downtown L.A. To the frostbitten ears of a Dakotan it sounds downright pleasant. Heck, that a day for shorts and maybe mowing the lawn.
