Forbes has just released its annual Hollywood's Highest-Paid Women list, and pop darlings Britney Spears and Taylor Swift are sitting pretty at the top.

While Oprah Winfrey reigns at No. 1 with her $165 million in earnings between May 2011 and May 2012, Spears and Swift are right on her heels. The 'Femme Fatale' single landed in the No. 2 spot, raking in $58 million during the year, $15 million of which can be attributed to her new stint on 'X Factor.' Touring and album sales made up the majority of her salary, though.

At 22 years old, Swift scored the No. 3 spot, and is the youngest person on the list, taking in $57 million in revenue. Her lucrative 'Speak Now' tour, endorsements and singles like the 'Hunger Games' soundtrack smash 'Safe & Sound' undoubtedly attributed to her immense earnings.

The No. 4 spot is occupied by two women. Rihanna and Ellen DeGeneres both land there with an impressive $53 million. Rihanna finds herself tied with DeGeneres thanks to her social media presence while the talk show host seems to be making a play for Winfrey's empire, having expanded her brand to include launching talk shows (like she has with Bethenny Frankel) and serving as the face for J.C. Penney.

Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and Katy Perry are among the other pop stars on Forbes' ranking.
