Britney Jean' -- by sharing a special letter to her fans, as well as announcing the title of her next single and revealing the album's cover artwork. All this, all this morning (Oct. 25) ... and all unveiled in just one tweet. Impressive work, Brit!

The tweet links to a long, handwritten letter to fans -- in which Britney says she is putting the finishing touches on 'Britney Jean' -- as well as an image showing that her next single will be 'Perfume,' dropping Nov. 5.

She has repeatedly stated that 'Britney Jean,' her eighth studio album, is her most personal work to date, and the attached cover art attempts to reflect that, showing a topless Spears looking deep into the camera.

"I poured my heart and soul into this album and it's been an incredible journey," Britney writes. "I have been through a lot in the past few years and it has really inspired me to dig deeper and write songs that I think everyone can relate to."

Promising there will be several "really fun, upbeat dance songs," she also reveals that collaborators on the album include will.i.am, William Orbit and Sia. "Of course, I also have some surprises for you guys," Britney writes.

She closes out the letter with a sort of personal manifesto: "I want to show you the different sides of Britney Spears. I am a performer. I am a Mom. I am funny. I am your friend! I am Britney Jean."

'Britney Jean' drops Dec. 3.
