Brian Kirk Breaks Down Thursday’s Storm With Andy and Tasha
With reports of as much as seven inches of rain in some parts of Sioux Falls, Thursday night turned out to be quite a weather event. And when we need some weather expertise, Hot 104.7 turns to our guy on the inside, KDLT-TV meteorologist Brian Kirk.
Even though he'd been up all night covering the storm, flooding and aftermath Brian talked to Andy and Tasha Friday morning about why we got all that rain. Contrary to what some may think, heat from the city of Sioux Falls didn't have anything to do with it. It was a storm system that basically, just stalled out over the city and dumped all it's rain on us.
