After losing her lawyer in early August to help defend against perjury and fraud, Annette Bosworth was granted a delay in her trial date to help prepare her case.

The ex-U.S. Senate candidate who did not make it through the primary was supposed to have her case tried in November 2014.  A reprieve to February 4-6 is now the projected court dates for the trial on election law violations.

It is still unclear as to whether she has hired a new lawyer.  However, she posted on her Facebook page in early August that she would fast for 72 hours in a “search for answers” regarding her legal fight.

Bosworth faces six counts each of perjury and filing false documents, which if convicted would carry a maximum punishment of 24 years in prison and $48,000 in fines.
