Black Lab Bites Woman, Still on the Loose
Animal Control responded to 3rd and Holbrook this morning where a woman was walking when a black lab jumped on her, knocked her down and bit her in the knee.
The dog was a black lab with scars on its face and it may have some white on its chest. After the incident, the dog may have run to the north.
