Bitter 50 Degree Cold Forces Cancellation of Florida Party

You think highs temps below zero are tough? In St. Petersburg, Florida it got so cold they had to cancel their First Friday block party because it got so cold! I mean it got all the way down to 50 degrees!

Can you believe it? How are they going to make it through the day? People there may have to....now I don't mean to upset you with this suggestion but, they may have to wear PANTS. That's right not shorts but pant! And maybe even a jacket! Dun Dun Dunnnnnnn.
