Hi, Ben here, and I’m embarking on a mission to not be fat when I turn 42. To do that I’ve partnered with Profile by Sanford and I want to take you with me on my journey.

This week I want to tell you guys about three of my favorite Profile products. Three salad dressings, or sauces, that I like to use with everything. As someone who loves sauces, and dipping, and lots of flavor; these three dressings are a godsend.

There are three varieties: Zesty Asian Vinaigrette, Rosemary Balsamic Vinaigrette and Parmesan Caesar.

The first one that I tried was the Parmesan Caesar. It changed the way I'd been eating vegetables. It has a delicious peppery and cheese flavor that explodes in my mouth. Along with my usual spinach salads I use it on almost any veggies I eat raw. I love me some cauliflower and broccoli, especially for lunch. Usually I eat them with some hot sauce, but more and more I'm using the Parmesan Caesar. It is so good and it only has 25 calories per serving. On the Reboot/Reduce phase it counts as a free food.

Rosemary Balsamic Vinaigrette is a favorite with my spinach salads. I've come to really enjoy a spinach salad as a base for many dinners. Spinach with cheese, salsa and some taco meat is a staple of mine. Now that I have discovered this Vinaigrette though I'm using it more often. The spinach salads are simple, quick and straight forward; just the way I like things; lots of veggies, a bit of protein and some fat (usually cheese). The distinct flavor of balsamic vinegar makes for an amazing change up for these salads. It's so good that I'll often refill my bowl with spinach to make sure I soak up any leftover. Again, this one is only 25 calories per serving.

I just tried the Zesty Asian Vinaigrette this week and I'm kicking myself for putting it off this long. I've been eating riced cauliflower for a while now, and that with this dressing is divine. It is the flavor of asian food in a quick and on-plan package. It's full of flavor, one of my biggest demands when it comes to food. I like big flavor. That's one of the reasons I use hot sauce so many things. I keep a bottle in my lunch bag just in case. I can't stand bland food, and let's be honest, vegetables need a little help in this department. So, mixing up my menu with some bold flavors besides hot sauces is always good. This dressing has even fewer calories, at 15 per serving.

I love using these dressings because the're good, and because anything that makes my overall transition into a healthy lifestyle easier is wonderful. The more I eat vegetables and other healthy food, the stronger the good habits become.
