John Taffer, host of "Bar Rescue" is heading back to the bar. The popular television show will air season six starting March 11, 2018 at 9:00PM. Not only that but the show has a new home, well a new channel that is. The show will now air on the Paramount Network formally Spike TV.

According to tvinsider, last month Spike TV underwent some changes, and one of the big changes was emerging as the Paramount Network. The programming intention is to complement Paramount Pictures’ movies.

One the series premiere a son manages the  Game Time Sports Grill in Memphis, Tennessee where he battles with his belligerent father, a unstable cook, and a filthy kitchen before Jon Taffer steps in. Will he help turn around this dysfunctional bar and turn it into a successful business? Guess we will have to find out on the 11th.

According to barrescueupdates, since the series began back in 2011, a total of 55 of 135 Bars Have Closed, 73 of 135 Bars Are Still Open With Same Owners, 7 Bars Sold.
