On February 5, 2019, President Donald Trump gave his "State of the Union" address. It was his second State of the Union address and his third speech to a joint session of the United States Congress. The president stayed mostly on-script during the speech but that doesn't mean the guys at Bad Lip Reading can't make it funny!
