The Backstreet Boys have been on a crazy promotional tour to get word out about their new album and new single, 'In A World Like This'.

They stopped by The Late Show with David Letterman to help him out with the Top Ten. The Backstreet Boys changed the lyrics of their most popular songs to fit right into today's most topical issues.  Let the hilarity ensue.
