I love being back on KIKN! Radio is something that I've always loved, starting when I was a 16 year old kid from Houghton, South Dakota. I graduated from Hecla High School and then from Northern State University in Aberdeen. I went to broadcasting school at Brown Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota and did radio time in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nebraska. Other than radio, I was lucky enough to work in the Tea Area School District as a Paraprofessional with some of the best teachers and students! I'm married to a wonderful man, Steve, who is the Operations Manager for the Turner County Dairy. We have two boys, Tyler and Troy. Tyler is studying Music Education at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota and Troy plays soccer and baseball at Tea Area High School. He is also starting the process of choosing a college or university to study either Accounting or Actuarial Science. (I'm a very proud MOM...just ask me!) This is the '1st Annual Back-Together-Again Tour' for Trav and me, and after being away from Trav for about seven years, I am so excited to be working with him once again - this time on KIKN 100.5! Thanks for listening!
