Brad Pitt has made an ... interesting commercial for Chanel No. 5. Did we say "interesting"? We meant "what is going on here?" Conan O'Brien decided to poke a little fun at the ad on his show last night. It's so ridiculous he didn't have to change much to make a joke. See the original below if you don't believe us.
Last night was the premiere of the third season of 'The Walking Dead,' which you probably knew. Unless you have Dish (we'll get to that). Everybody was appropriately excited for the show, except for the people who don't watch it (we have something for you too) and the people who don't like it (something for you too). Here are the best 'Walking Dead' memes on the web, plus one excellent gif. Because it is too good to resist.
In case you completely avoided all contact with the internet yesterday, Felix Baumgartner's jump from 128,100 feet about Earth was a success.

Here's one more point against Mitt Romney -- the streets this Halloween are going to be flooded with women in "sexy" Big Bird costumes, thanks to his comments at the recent presidential debate.
We're really getting into the Halloween spirit here at TheFW. It's nothing new -- it's always been one of our favorite holidays (right after Arbor Day). So, while we enjoying settling down with a good (bad) scary movie, sometimes we wax a little nostalgic. These are the songs from our childhood that really get us in the mood for trick or treating, which we're apparently too "old" to do anymore, unless our plan to dress up like a scary six-year-old finally works. Check them out, and let us know if we missed one of your favorites.
