I Wish I Was Creative so I Could Have a Show on Cable TV

I've always been fascinated by folks who "lean towards the artistic side." What I mean by that is those who have a real strong creative side to them.

I'm particularly drawn to those who can take an everyday, ordinary object and rather than throw it away find another use for it. I think the term they use today is "Upcycling."

Maybe that's why I'm drawn to the "how to" shows on TV. Remember Bob Ross on Public TV? He was one of the first to expose me to my creative side.

I recently ran across one of those "how to" videos on YouTube involving a lady who took an old piano bench and converted it into a doggy bed. It's amazing. Check it out.

I'm thinking this may just be the ticket to keep our dog from sleeping in the bed with us.
