Anakin Skywalker Arrested!!!
A former child actor who starred in "Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace" faces charges after leading South Carolina deputies on a high-speed chase. Jake Lloyd, now known as Jake Broadbent, who played Anakin Slkywalker, was charged last week with resisting arrest and failing to stop for a police.
After reaching speeds of over 100mph, he drove his car off the road, through a fence and into a wooded area where he came to a stop after crashing into some small trees. He is being held on a $10,700 bail. (Below is the actually chase from the police dashcam.)
