Inspiration, hope and honor. All from kids. At Fort McHenry in Maryland, 7,000 students from around the state gathered together to form one of the largest 'living flags' in order to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the 'Star-Spangled Banner.'

Why Fort McHenry? It was after watching a bombardment of the fort by British troops in 1814 that Francis Scott Key penned the poem "Defence of Fort M'Henry." The poem would later be set to music and renamed "The Star-Spangled Banner."
