A mother in Australia found this diet list in her 7-year old daughters room. The mother says that she was shocked to find it because she has always stressed healthy eating and balance. So the foods the girl was allowing herself to eat were:

The exercises on the list included:

"pooshups"
"16 star jumps 2 time a day"
"rid my bike 3 time a day"

Apparently this child heard that her friend was doing this diet and decided to try it herself. a 2009 study from the University of Florida found that of 121 girls aged 3 through 6, half admitted they worry about being fat.
