2016 Edith Sanford Basketball Classic Schedule Announced

16 teams from around the region will participate in the 2016 Edith Sanford Breast Cancer Pentagon Classic on Saturday, December 17.

Girls basketball will take over Heritage Court at the Sanford Pentagon with eight games being played in one day. The action will begin at 10:30 in the morning and continue through the day until the final game is completed.

The four Sioux Falls schools will participate in the classic again this season, and they are scheduled as part of a triple-header to close out the event. O'Gorman will play earlier in the day at 3:00.

Out of state teams include three teams from Minnesota, two from Nebraska, and one from Iowa.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. They can be purchased at the entry gate of the Pentagon, and the price includes entry to each game.

6:00 - Sioux Falls Washington vs. Crofton (Nebraska)

7:30 - Sioux Falls Lincoln vs. St. Michaels-Albertsville (Minnesota)

9:00 - Sioux Falls Roosevelt vs. Worthington (Minnesota)
